Ya girl is swandiving into sanitation
I am currently proudly enrolled in the Sanitation Foundation’s Trash Academy, and we’ve just finished Theme 1: The NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY): Past to Present, this week.
I love this course, and wanted to share some visual notes I took during one section of Dr. Robin Nagle’s (Anthropologist-in-Residence at the Department of Sanitation, NY, who is also featured on a great GARBAGE episode of the podcast Ologies) presentation.
