Pioneering lesbian Laysans preserve the species

I’m working on a longer comic about Lindsay Young’s research on what humans might call “lesbian” Lasysan albatross, who comprise 31% of the breeding colony of Laysan albatross on Oahu Island in Hawaii. Young has described it as the highest proportion of homosexual animals in the world.
