A Sequential Artists Workshop prompt

In May, I attended one of the Free Friday Night SAW Workshops on Zoom with Audra Stang, called “Actress Secrets”. The idea is when an actress has a secret they do or don’t know, and how that plays out as the audience of the film when you either know it or don’t, and how to render that in comics. Another variation is two people on screen are keeping secrets from each other that the audience knows about.

Truth be told I did not really understand the assignment, but people started throwing into the Zoom chat ideas for what some examples could be, and someone named Kathy Shimpock wrote, “They both wear wigs”.

My cats were bothering me on the dining room table where I was trying to focus on the workshop, and an idea dawned.
